Refund and Cancellation Policy

At WNODE LTD (trading as LawClaw), we are committed to the successful deployment of your sovereign AI infrastructure. Given the specialized nature of our hardware silos and the professional grade of our software, the following terms govern all refund and cancellation requests.

1. The 30-Day Performance Guarantee

We provide a 30-day satisfaction window. If you are not satisfied with LawClaw, you must submit a refund request in writing to team@lawclaw.cloud within thirty (30) calendar days from the Date of Installation.

• Date of Installation is defined as the day the LawClaw hardware silo is activated and the software license is initialized at your firm’s designated location.

• Requests received after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

• Written Notice: Notice must be sent via email to the Data Controller within the specified timeframe..

• De-provisioning: All LawClaw proprietary software, including the Department Boss and Worker Agents, must be successfully de-provisioned from your internal systems.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Fees

• Deployment & Logistics Fees: Costs associated with the physical transport, white-glove setup, and onsite technical integration are non-refundable.

• Custom Skills Development: Any bespoke “Skills” or custom-coded agent workflows developed specifically for your firm’s unique requirements are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

1. Submission: Send your request to team@lawclaw.cloud.

2. Validation: Our technical team will verify the installation date and hardware status.

3. Hardware Recovery: We will arrange for the secure pickup of the sovereign hardware silo.

4. Issuance: Once the hardware is inspected and the license is deactivated, your refund (minus logistics fees) will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Termination of Exclusive License

Upon the issuance of a refund, your Single-State Exclusive License is immediately terminated. The territory will be marked as “Available” on the LawClaw Exclusivity Map and may be claimed by a competing firm within your jurisdiction.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
